Annual Update

 

Annual Update opens the week of July 14, 2025.

 

All families should complete the Annual Update by August 9th.

 

Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal and follow these instructions.

 

Registration

 

All families must go through the online registration process at the beginning of the school year.

 

It's one stop shop to join our PTSA, support of EdFund who keeps class sizes lower (even in challenging times), and directly donate to our school to support the academics in every class. You can also purchase PE clothes and more. 

 

DVMS Future Fund Registration opens on August 1, 2025.

 

Address Change

 
When you move within the district or to a residence outside of the district, you must notify your current school office personnel of your change of address within 5 days of the move.
 
 
Proof of residence is required at the time of enrollment and when a family changes their address.  Verification of one item from each category below is required*:
  • Current picture ID of parent/guardian:  Driver’s license, CA issued ID, passport, military ID, and
  • Current mortgage statement, escrow closing papers indicating sale has closed, grant deed, property tax bill, lease/rental agreement including property address, names of both parties, signatures of both parties and
  • Current PG&E or water bill with name and address listed (if you have a new home purchase or rental you may submit your PG&E or water bill within 45 days of completing the enrollment process).
 
Prepare your documents and email them to the enrollment contact at your school.

Withdrawal Process:

 

To UN-enroll, please complete this Un-enrollment Form.

 

1. Return any textbooks, books borrowed from the library. 

2. Return Chromebook to the school front office.

 

Please be advised - all dues should be cleared, before DVMS can transfer records with the new school. 

 

 

Grades / Transcript

 
 

Semster 1 grades will be posted to the transcript during the second week of January.

Semster 2 grades will be posted to the transcript during the second week of June.

 

Semester grades are the official grades posted to the student transcripts.

Progress and Quarter grades are also available.

Welcome to the San Ramon Valley Unified School District!
 
To enroll a new student, complete an online enrollment application on our school district website and you will be contacted with next steps.
 
Prepare your documents as per the Enrollment Checklist.
 
If you have more than one new student to enroll, please include all new students in one enrollment application.

Immunization Requirements

Proof of complete immunization records must be provided and verified. It is required by California State law that all students have complete records of immunizations prior to entering school. Children will not be admitted to a classroom unless the immunizations are up-to-date.
 
All students entering into 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grades will need proof of an adolescent whooping cough booster shot (Tdap) before starting school.
