Steps
- SRVUSD Annual Update - opens June 15
- School Registration Process - opens August 4
- If you volunteer at an SRVUSD school and your information has changed, visit the Volunteer Management System to make updates.
San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgment and permission requirements.
The Annual Update window for the 2023-24 school year is scheduled to open on June 15 for Diablo Vista Middle School. Please complete before the first day of school, August 10.
- Log on to your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus.
- On the left menu list (on mobile, click on the 3 lines on the upper left corner), click on "More"
- From the center list of actions, click on "Online Enrollment Annual Update"
Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. You will receive a confirmation email following the completion of the Annual Update process.

Diablo Vista Registration
The DVMS Registration will begin on August 4. Please complete before the first day of school, August 10. All forms and donations should be completed online.
- Log on to diablovista.futurefund.com
- Use the same email address from a previous school or previous year's DVMS registration. This will make it easier to copy your family profile.
- Register all students attending DVMS for the 2023-2024 School Year by updating grades or adding new students.
- Complete Future Fund registration by August 31 to be included in the printed version of the school directory
FUTURE FUND*
What is Future Fund and do I need to complete the online registration?
Registration must be completed online through Future Fund for all DVMS students.
Future Fund is a registration system that allows parents to register students at DVMS, be included in our printed & online directories, become PTSA members, support the Foundation, and make donations to teacher's classrooms. Later in the year, this is where you purchase tickets for social events & other activities.
Will my Future Fund account from the elementary school carry over?
Yes. Use the same email and password from Creekside, Sycamore, Tassajara, Golden View, or Monte Vista. Contact information from your profile will be “pulled” in. You will need to add your middle school child(ren) and select the grade for the 2023-2024 school year.
Can I change my FutureFund login email address?
Yes. First, log in with your current email and password to diablovista.futurefund.com/member. Then click on "Profile" to update your email address.
Who do I contact if I have technical issues with Future Fund?
Email DVMS.FutureFund@gmail.com.
*The registration website is not sponsored by the school. Information provided on this website may be available to parent-teacher associations and other educational benefit foundations, as well as school personnel, as required.
